As part of your role, you will be responsible for root cause analysis of issues based on logs and traces, identifying duplicate tickets through thorough analysis, assigning severity and priority to defects, and ensuring the quality of reported defects. You will also analyze and identify the correct domain of raised defects, follow defined process guidelines for documentation, and collaborate with developers, testers, and automation engineers to understand and clarify reported defects. Additionally, you may perform tests for functional and non-functional requirements if necessary. Your primary skills should include expertise in Infotainment system defect analysis and triaging, proficiency in trace or log analysis using tools like DLT Viewer, Vector CANoe, and CANalyzer, as well as knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as SOME-IP, CAN, Flexray, MOST, and Ethernet diagnostics UDP. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. In this role, you will work in the area of Software Engineering, focusing on the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions and applications. You will apply scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems, develop and apply software engineering practices, and collaborate with other software engineers and stakeholders. Additionally, you will be expected to possess a deep understanding of programming concepts, software design principles, and software development practices.
