As an Electromecnico Jr., your primary responsibility will be to maintain the company's assets in optimal operating and safety conditions through predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance actions. Your role will involve preserving the original operating conditions of the assets at predetermined intervals, following the maintenance strategy, optimizing available resources, and striving for continuous improvement in the maintenance process to enhance the company's profitability and competitiveness. Your activities will focus on the process and packaging areas, utilizing tools such as CDM, SAP, and AMM. A typical day in this role includes conducting inspections on equipment for maintenance scheduling and correction, generating notifications in SAP for record-keeping, participating in continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes, analyzing job safety to identify risks, diagnosing equipment failure with coaching support, ensuring compliance with quality policies and GMPs, following procedures in the work area, and maintaining product safety during activities. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in manual handling, interpretation of blueprints, knowledge of software such as SAP, AMM, and Microsoft Office, expertise in Industrial Mechanics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Electricity, PLC, control, and automation. Familiarity with safety and occupational hygiene standards, tools, pneumatic symbols, lubrication types, chain elongation, control electricity, electric motors, and maintenance best practices will also contribute to your success. By adhering to operational controls, hazard identification, and communication, as well as demonstrating proactive involvement in corporate values and principles, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of organizational operations. Your ability to support asset acquisition, design, and business goals through proper layout planning, equipment selection, and technological advancements will be crucial to the success of the company.
