Job Description

As a support specialist for one of the largest global technology leaders, your role will involve providing assistance to employees or internal customers in resolving complex or escalated technology issues. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the proper day-to-day operation of internal technology applications and equipment, troubleshooting software and hardware issues on various devices, performing updates, repairs, upgrades, backups, and other maintenance tasks. You may also handle phone and email assistance. This entry-level position requires little to no experience in the discipline, and you will be closely supervised with little latitude for independent judgment. - Providing day-to-day technical customer support for internal desktop systems software and hardware - Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop systems and workstations - Providing quick responses and maintaining maximum uptime for all users - Conducting end-user training when necessary - Acting as a liaison between IT and business groups, managing customer relationships and expectations on behalf of the IT/EIS department - Assisting other infrastructure teams with server and network issues and installations when on-site technical resources are not available - Responding to requests from the Helpdesk and supporting internal users on various desktop systems issues - Assessing assigned severity levels, prioritizing work accordingly - Providing extended technical support to local network or system users - Troubleshooting user software or hardware problems in line with support policies - Training customers on various tools and systems - Maintaining documentation and training material for supported services - Communicating highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel - Providing hands-on help to other IT groups **Qualifications Required:** - Up to one year of related experience **Primary Skills (Must-have):** - MAC OS - Intune - Troubleshoot **Secondary Skills (Good-to-have):** - Autopilot reimaging,
