Position Overview:

He will be responsible for providing technical support services to the organization. This position will be focused on the responsibility of provisioning/diagnosing/resolving/maintaining Azure infrastructure-related problems and working on tickets to provide the best solution to the clients/customers. They will need to proactively escalate any issues that require additional attention. In addition to a bachelor's degree/IT certification, we are looking for strong self-starters able to demonstrate initiative, autonomy, and the ability to take ownership and achieve outcome-based goals with minimal supervision. Experience of 4+ years in technical operation would be required.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support 24*7 operations for Azure environment, including management and Monitoring of Servers, Networks, and resources configured on Azure.
• Administration/operations/Implementation, and deployments of WVD Infrastructures.
• Knowledge of Window Servers, WVD infrastructure, Azure RBAC, Azure resource overview, monitoring of infrastructure, and PowerShell scripting.
• Documentation will be required as a mandatory skill for writing KB articles and SOP. Excellent written communication skills with email etiquette.
• Virtual Environment knowledge.
• ITIL Knowledge

Required Skills

• He should be familiar with the complete ITIL Process. Certification will be an add-on.
• Certification required: Az-900 and Az-104 will be added on.
• Az-900 and Virtual Environment deep knowledge along with ITIL Process
• Good Communication skills.
• Familiar with Azure Boards.
