Information Technology Associate Manager

As an Information Technology Associate Manager at Arrow Electronics, your primary responsibility will be managing the work for your assigned area, including writing test plans and scripts, performing testing on new software development and changes to existing software to ensure compliance with company standards and end-user requirements. You will also be responsible for managing all Software Quality Assurance (SQA) activities on a project, including planning and facilitating defect review meetings with IT, creating estimates, and reporting testing status to the SQA Manager, IT Project Managers, and upper management. Additionally, you will review business requirements and create detailed test plans and test scripts for both manual and automated testing. To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with 8+ years of experience in Selenium, knowledge and experience in your discipline, and the ability to build knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers. You should be able to handle a range of straightforward problems, analyze possible solutions using standard procedures, and receive a moderate level of guidance and direction.
