Role Description

Afrocon is seeking a skilled entry level IT & Network Manager with 1-3 years of experience to oversee the company's IT infrastructure and ensure seamless network operations. This role involves managing system security, providing remote IT support, and implementing cybersecurity measures to maintain digital integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee IT infrastructure, including network administration and cybersecurity.
• Monitor and maintain system security, backups, and data protection policies.
• Provide remote IT support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices for IT security.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in IT support and network management.
• Knowledge of network administration, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with database management (SQL, MySQL) and web hosting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently remotely.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
