Position Overview

Information Security Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's information security strategy in alignment with ISO 27001 standards.
• Lead the information security team to ensure the protection of sensitive data and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify potential security threats and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and guidelines to safeguard information assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into business processes and technology solutions.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and reporting to management.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on information security best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve the organization's security posture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of

  8 to 13 years

  of experience in information security management.
• Proven expertise in

  CISM

  and

  ISO 27001

  certification.
• Strong understanding of information security frameworks, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Relevant certifications in information security (e.g., CISSP, CISA) are a plus.
