Position Overview

Information Security Manager - ISO 27001 Lead Auditor

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27001 standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
• Provide expert guidance on information security best practices and frameworks to various stakeholders within the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security awareness training programs for employees.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of security controls and recommend improvements as necessary.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all information security-related inquiries and incidents.
• Stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to proactively address potential risks.
• Manage and mentor a team of information security professionals, fostering a culture of security awareness and compliance.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 7 to 12 years of experience in information security management, with a focus on ISO 27001.
• Certification in Information Security Management (CISM) and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification is required.
• Proven experience in information security consulting and implementing security frameworks.
• Strong understanding of information security principles, practices, and technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
