Information Security Management System (ISMS) Analyst

Role Overview: As a member of Infosys Quality Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellence in business delivery and client experience. You will be responsible for setting benchmarking practices, sharing best practices across projects, and developing new models of excellence to be implemented company-wide. Key Responsibilities: - Understand legislation, regulations, industry standards, and client contractual terms to verify compliance - Conduct periodic vertical compliance reviews at the account level and report risk scores, gaps, trends, and insights to senior management and stakeholders - Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions involving multiple groups at accounts - Manage enterprise-level risk related to vertical compliance across different domains and verticals - Prepare and deliver train-the-trainer programs to educate subject matter experts on domain and vertical compliances - Identify areas of improvement based on gaps at the account/unit level, provide coaching and support to compliance managers for enhancement, and ensure implementation verification Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) requirements and compliance reviews - Familiarity with Privacy Information Management System (PIMS) and GDPR requirements and compliance reviews - Basic knowledge of domains such as Healthcare, Life Science, Financial Services, Insurance, Auto, Aero, Telecom, and Utilities Additional Details: No additional details provided in the job description.,
