Must be comfortable for Video discussion. JD Key Skills: Informatica MDM Developer Key Responsibilities: 1. Development and Configuration: Develop and configure Informatica MDM on-premises solutions, including Hub Console, IDD (Informatica Data Director), Match & Merge, and Hierarchy Manager. Implement MDM workflows, match rules, business rules, and data validations to meet business requirements. Design and develop data integration workflows using Informatica tools to load and synchronize data with the MDM Hub. Integrate MDM with external systems such as ERP, CRM, and data warehouses using standard connectors and APIs. Implement data quality rules and processes using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) to ensure clean and consistent master data. Support data governance initiatives by maintaining metadata, data lineage, and audit trails in the MDM system. 2. Testing and Validation: Perform unit, integration, and system testing to validate MDM configurations and workflows. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure timely resolution of identified issues. 3. System Support and Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the MDM environment to ensure optimal performance and uptime. Troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related issues, including performance tuning and bug fixes. 4. Documentation and Collaboration: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, configurations, and user guides. Collaborate with business analysts, data stewards, and other stakeholders to understand and address data management needs. Technical Expertise: 8+ years of experience in MDM development, with at least 3 years working with Informatica MDM on-premise. Proficiency in Informatica MDM components, including Hub Console, IDD, Match & Merge, and Hierarchy Manager. Strong knowledge of Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and data profiling. Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and relational databases (Oracle, Teradata, etc.). Understanding of data modelling, data integration, and ETL processes. Hands-on experience implementing MDM solutions for domains such as Customer, Product, or Employee. Familiarity with integrating MDM systems with enterprise applications Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
