Role: As a Solution Lead at Wipro, your responsibilities will include: - Understanding business processes in the F&A & HRO Vertical to identify problem statements. Collaborating closely with functional and domain experts to demonstrate how technology can address business challenges. - Evaluating existing technology solutions and leveraging industry/market knowledge to incorporate technologies from partners and establish alliances. - Creating solution artefacts and value propositions that outline end-to-end business processes and align them with technology solutions. - Establishing relationships with various stakeholders, including functional teams, technology teams, sales, and pre-sales teams, to understand business needs, convert them into technology solutions, and facilitate sales activities. - Acting as an individual contributor with exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) to respond to RFI/RFP (RFx) and effectively present solutions to clients in collaboration with onsite Sales teams.
