Job Title: Informatica IDMC Customer 360 Developer

Location: India/Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Informatica IDMC Customer360 Developer with 6-8 years of Informatica expertise to design, implement, and support Customer360 solutions within Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). The role requires strong knowledge in data modeling, data quality, real-time integrations, CAI processes, Open API development, and secure role-based access implementation, along with CI/CD and environment management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and implement Customer360 solutions within IDMC.

Build and customize pages, business entities, field groups, hierarchies, and workflows in Customer360.

Configure and execute Data Quality (DQ) rules to standardize, validate, and cleanse customer data.

Develop and maintain Cloud Application Integration (CAI) processes to support C360 pages, workflows, and integrations.

Configure and maintain match & merge rules for accurate customer data mastering.

Develop, manage, and expose Open APIs for C360 services and integrations.

Update and enhance business entities, attributes, and field groups as per business requirements.

Perform data modeling (logical/physical) and define customer hierarchies and relationships.

Implement and manage role-based access control (RBAC) for secure and compliant data access.

Develop and troubleshoot ingress/egress jobs, including FTP/SFTP, APIs, and file-based integrations.

Manage code promotion, environment migration, and CI/CD pipeline integration for Customer360 assets.

Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT support for C360 deliverables.

Collaborate with business users, architects, and other IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and resolve issues.

Optimize and monitor performance, scalability, and reliability of Customer360 applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6-8 years of experience with Informatica tools (IDMC, PowerCenter, MDM, etc.).

Hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC Customer360.

Strong knowledge of Data Quality (DQ) rule configuration and data stewardship processes.

Experience with Cloud Application Integration (CAI) for orchestrating workflows.

Proficiency in match & merge rules configuration, survivorship, and hierarchy management.

Experience updating and managing business entities, attributes, and field groups in C360.

Knowledge of Open API development and integrations.

Proficiency in data modeling, profiling, and MDM concepts.

Good understanding of Cloud Data Integration (CDI) for real-time and batch integrations.

Strong experience developing and troubleshooting ingress/egress jobs, FTP/SFTP, APIs, and related integrations.

Experience with RBAC, security models, and governance best practices.

Familiarity with code promotion and CI/CD pipelines for IDMC deployments.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have:

Experience in Customer Master Data Management implementations.

Familiarity with Agile delivery models and DevOps practices.

Prior experience working in onshore-offshore/global delivery models.
