Infor CloudSuite (M3) Developer

As an Infoscion, your primary role within the consulting team at Infosys will involve actively contributing to different phases of projects. This includes problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. You will explore alternatives to recommended solutions based on research, such as literature surveys, information from public domains, vendor evaluations, etc., and build proof of concepts (POCs). Your responsibilities will also include creating requirement specifications from business needs, defining "to be" processes, and detailed functional designs based on requirements. You will support in configuring solution requirements on products, diagnose any issues, identify root causes, seek clarifications, and shortlist alternative solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with the aim of providing high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers. In terms of technical requirements, you should have 2-5 years of experience in technologies such as Infor OS, IEC, H5 SDK, H5 Scripts, XtendM3, Mongoose, Mingle, Factory Track, and application development using Mongoose H5 SDK Experience designer. Hands-on experience with the extensibility framework for Infor M3 XtendM3, designing and implementing workflows, alerts, and data integrations using Infor ION, and customization/configuration of Factory Track is essential. Unit testing and integration testing skills are also required. Your additional responsibilities will involve working with clients to identify business challenges, contributing to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data. You should have an awareness of the latest technologies and trends, possess logical thinking and problem-solving skills, and have the ability to collaborate effectively. Furthermore, you should be able to assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions. Knowledge of one or two industry domains is preferred.
