Manage QA metrics and KPIs to assess team performance, product quality, and testing efficiency. Provide mentorship and leadership to QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement in QA processes.
