Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in sourcing and onboarding suitable influencers for various campaigns. Your duties will include maintaining and updating the influencer database with accurate and up-to-date information, coordinating communication with influencers, and managing campaign timelines. Additionally, you will support in campaign execution, monitor deliverables across platforms, track and report on campaign performance metrics such as reach, impressions, and engagement. Furthermore, you will be expected to research industry trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging influencers, as well as collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align campaign messaging. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in sourcing and onboarding suitable influencers for various campaigns. - Maintain and update the influencer database with accurate and up-to-date information. - Coordinate communication with influencers and manage campaign timelines. - Support in campaign execution and monitor deliverables across platforms. - Track and report on campaign performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, etc.). - Research industry trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging influencers. - Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align campaign messaging. Qualifications Required: - Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field. - Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media trends, and digital storytelling. - Good organizational and communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets. - Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms. - Knowledge of influencer marketing platforms/tools (e.g., Winkl, Upfluence, or similar) is a plus. In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, the benefits of this position include hands-on experience in a real-world influencer marketing environment, the opportunity to network with influencers and industry professionals, exposure to campaign planning, execution, and performance reporting, a certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation, as well as the opportunity to contribute to visible brand campaigns in the FMCG sector. Stipend: INR 5,000- 8000 per month.,
