About the Role:

As an Influencer Marketing Associate, you will collaborate with creators, manage campaigns end-to-end, and help brands tell impactful digital stories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Discover and onboard influencers aligned with brand goals
• Coordinate campaign briefs, timelines, and content deliverables
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators
• Manage influencer communication, negotiations, and follow-ups
• Track campaign performance and maintain structured reports
• Stay updated with social media trends and creator landscape
• Support smooth execution of influencer marketing campaigns

What We're Looking For:

• 3 months to 1 year of experience in influencer or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and creator ecosystems
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and meet campaign deadlines
• Basic knowledge of influencer metrics and reporting tools
