The Influencer Executive position is a key role within our political strategy team based in Pune. As an Influencer Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing influencer strategies that align with our political campaign goals and narratives. Your primary focus will be on identifying, engaging, and managing digital influencers to amplify political messaging and shape public narratives. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute influencer strategies that are in line with our political campaign objectives. - Identify and onboard influencers (macro, micro, nano) who resonate with the political vision and public image of the party/candidate. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and digital voices. - Supervise campaign execution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content. - Monitor influencer performance, engagement metrics, and campaign return on investment (ROI). - Collaborate closely with the content, design, and social media teams to maintain message consistency. - Stay informed about political trends, social sentiment, and shifts in digital culture. Requirements - A minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the political, digital agency, or advocacy sectors. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Proficiency in current digital platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, Moj, Sharechat, etc. - A passion for political content, public influence, and digital storytelling. - Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. - Must be located in Pune or willing to relocate. - Immediate joiners are preferred.
