Position Title: Influencer Activity Planner

Role Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Planning

• Translate brand briefs into influencer activity plans.
• Identify suitable influencers across categories (nano, micro, macro, celebrity) using
• Qoruz or other platforms.
• Align influencer mix with campaign objectives (awareness, engagement,
• conversions).
• Forecast impressions, reach, engagement, and cost per campaign.

Influencer Sourcing & Selection

• Maintain and update influencer database with followers, engagement rate, views, past
• collaborations, and pricing.
• Prepare shortlists for approval from strategy lead and brand team.
• Benchmark influencer costs using external references for negotiation support.
• Coordination
• Liaise with agencies and influencers to gather proposals.
• Ensure selected influencers match campaign strategy and target audience.
• Share influencer plans internally for approval before execution.

Reporting & Tracking

• Track selected influencer deliverables vs. campaign plans.
• Provide inputs for post-campaign evaluation and learning. Support in cost efficiency reporting (CPM, CPRP, ROI).

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
• 13 years experience in influencer marketing, media planning, or digital campaigns.
• Familiarity with influencer platforms (Qoruz, Viral Pitch, Winkl, etc.).
• Strong data analysis and Excel/Sheets skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
