Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Bench Building Recruiter who can manage the entire life cycle of consultant management — from sourcing and onboarding talent, building a strong bench, to successfully marketing and placing them with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of immigration/visa processes, excellent networking skills, and proven experience in both bench-building and bench-sales. Responsibilities Proactively identify, source, and onboard consultants across various visa statuses and skill sets to build a strong internal bench. Maintain strong consultant relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance. Market available consultants to clients, vendors, and implementation partners for quick placement. Handle rate negotiations, interview coordination, and onboarding support. Collaborate with internal teams to meet placement goals and reduce bench time. Stay updated on immigration policies and staffing industry trends. Qualifications Strong experience in US IT staffing with a focus on bench management (end-to-end). Strong understanding of immigration terms and documentation processes. Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
