Explore business opportunities by identifying prospective clients and evaluating their position in the industry. Creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. Understanding the product range and wisely raising awareness among customers about available solutions within the product basket. Generating new accounts & thereby generating new customers, new opportunities & new business. Arranging online meetings of OEM with customers for deep technical discussion. Discussing customer application requirements & proposing the most suitable, unique & advanced solutions. Led assigned cases & acquired orders without compromising minimum technical requirements. Tracking the complete process of post-order activities on time – deliveries, financial documentation, payment, etc. Updating weekly visit plans & past week status to the reporting authority Preparing monthly reports of running cases – Funnels, Order projection, etc. Flexibility in visiting across Gujarat, until it is required to visit outside of Gujarat. Operating CRM platforms – Creating Accounts, Contacts, leads & Deals. Generating reports for performance analysis & activity tracking, etc. Proficiently answer phone calls in English, Hindi & Gujarati and provide requested information with your high level of written & verbal communication skills. Must work as part of a team & ensure adherence to the laws and policies of the company.
