Roles and Responsibilities: Purchase Ledger: · Ensuring that invoices are matched with PO and GRN to be posted to purchase ledger. · Reconciliation of supplier statement with our ledger on a quarterly basis. · Ensuring suppliers are paid on time and quires to be sorted out within specific time. Sales Ledger: · Invoices raised and matched as per the dispatch schedule. · Payment is followed up on regular basis without affecting the cash flow. Cash Flow / Expenses Budget: · Bank reconciliation on daily basis. · Petty Cash. · Make estimates of funds required for the short term and long-term financial objectives of the organization. Requirements: · Expertise in Tally Prime, SAP & Excel. · Strong verbal and written communications skills · Good Interpersonal and Presentation Skills. · Must maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects and be comfortable with flexible working schedule to meet the needs of the Company. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
