Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll help customers find great value, maintain organized displays, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers in a friendly manner Guide shoppers to deals, offers, and new arrivals Ensure shelves and racks are always stocked and organized Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards Process sales transactions quickly and accurately Support with stockroom organization and restocking Help manage crowd flow during peak hours Report customer feedback and assist in resolving issues Requirements: Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
