Job Summary:We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer with strong skills in designing social media creatives and short video content. The ideal candidate should be able to translate marketing strategies into visually appealing designs and engaging motion graphics that drive audience engagement across various social platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to create static posts, reels, stories, banners, thumbnails, and ad creatives that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Key Responsibilities:Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality social media posts, reels, stories, and promotional videos. Design advertising creatives, banners, posters, and infographics for digital campaigns. Edit and enhance short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Create animated and motion graphic content for digital promotions. Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to develop visually consistent brand messages. Manage multiple design projects and deliver them within deadlines. Stay updated on current design trends, social media aesthetics, and video formats. Required Software Skills:Graphic Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator CorelDRAW Canva (for quick social media creatives) Video & Animation Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects CapCut / Filmora / VN Editor (for quick social media edits) Adobe Audition (basic audio enhancement preferred) Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). 3–5 years of experience in social media design and video editing. Strong sense of color, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. Ability to adapt design styles to different brand identities and industries. Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling through visuals. Good communication skills and ability to work under tight timelines. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a digital marketing agency or social media branding firm. Basic knowledge of UI/UX or website graphics is a plus. Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and YouTube thumbnails.
