You will be responsible for designing fixtures for automotive body in white, with the possibility of working on design activities for other domains such as aerospace, SPM, and Marine. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize excellent tool skills in CATIA V5, UG NX, Fides, or Autodesk Inventor - Demonstrate good knowledge of mechanical design - Show interest in a career in automotive/aerospace design - Possess good grasping capability and take ownership of assigned tasks to ensure timely completion - Be flexible and adaptable to project and customer requirements - Work well as a team player, demonstrating good coordination and communication with peers, supervisors, and management **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in CATIA V5 is preferred; however, candidates with good academic records will be considered and provided with in-house CATIA tool training free of cost - Strong understanding of mechanical design principles - Interest in pursuing a career in automotive or aerospace design The company emphasizes the importance of investing time and money in building the required skills in candidates. This includes covering the cost of CAD licenses, subject matter experts, real-time project infrastructure, and compensation during the training period.
