Job Description

As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, your role involves working closely with client project teams to provide expertise in functional, technical, and industry-specific areas, as well as tools and methods. Your day-to-day activities will revolve around engaging with various stakeholders, ensuring successful solution design and delivery, facilitating discussions, and addressing challenges during the project lifecycle. Your guidance will be pivotal in steering teams towards effective outcomes that meet clients" needs and expectations. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Expected to be subject matter expert (SME). - Collaborate and manage the team for optimal performance. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Provide problem-solving solutions for your immediate team and across multiple teams. - Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and offer strategic insights for improved efficiency. **Professional & Technical Skills:** - **Must To Have Skills:** - Proficiency in Spring Boot. - **Good To Have Skills:** - Experience with Java Standard Edition. - Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns. - Experience with RESTful API development and integration. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies. - Proficient in version control systems such as Git. **Additional Information:** - The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at the Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.,
