Summary:As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, you will engage with client project teams to offer your expertise in various domains, ensuring that the solution design and delivery processes are executed successfully. Your typical day will involve collaborating with diverse teams, addressing challenges, and providing insights that drive project success while fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and provide strategic guidance to ensure alignment with client objectives. Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.- Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with Spring Boot.- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture.- Experience with web services and RESTful APIs.- Familiarity with database management and SQL.- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
