Industry Security Guard

We are seeking a vigilant and disciplined Security Guard to protect our premises, assets, and personnel in accordance with local police and government security protocols. The ideal candidate will have strong observational skills, a high sense of responsibility, and prior experience in security or law enforcement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons.
• Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Respond to alarms or suspicious activities and communicate with local police if necessary.
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain daily activity logs.
• Enforce company and property rules, and report violations immediately.
• Inspect and screen individuals and packages to prevent unauthorized access.
• Coordinate with police and emergency services in case of criminal or safety incidents.
• Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and report any suspicious behavior.
• Assist in evacuations or emergency drills as per police and fire safety protocols.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Intermediate preferred)
• Prior experience in security services, law enforcement, or armed forces (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
