Role Overview: You will be a full-time on-site Industry Connect and Outreach Education Account Manager at ComedKares in Bengaluru. Your main responsibilities will include building and managing relationships with industry partners, executing outreach programs, and connecting students with relevant opportunities. You will also be coordinating with sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential client institutions for partnerships and program enrollment. - Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators. - Conduct sales meetings and presentations with key decision-makers to secure new student leads. - Serve as the primary contact for all assigned educational accounts and build long-term relationships with partners. - Tailor ComedKares programs and services to meet the specific needs of each institution. - Prepare proposals, secure Purchase Orders, and finalize Memorandums of Understanding. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. - Stay updated on trends in higher education and industry demands, represent ComedKares at industry events, and leverage networks for student engagement opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Education, or related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management. - Experience in the education or technology sector with knowledge of the Indian higher education system. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. - Willingness to travel locally and regionally for client visits.,
