Industry Consulting - MC - Energy Upstream Analyst

Role Overview: As an Energy Upstream Analyst at Accenture, you will be responsible for working on upstream energy consulting engagements, utilizing your strong industry knowledge and analytical skills to deliver value to clients. You will play a key role in supporting transformation initiatives, enhancing operational excellence, driving digital adoption, and engaging with clients to contribute to business development and delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Support upstream consulting projects with a focus on key upstream operations - Assist in business development activities such as proposals, pitches, and solution architecture - Engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle - Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of upstream value chain including E&P, OFES, Maintenance, etc. - Experience in onshore/offshore and unconventional wells operations - Understanding of key upstream capabilities/operations such as Drilling, Production Operations, HSE, Reliability, etc. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Exposure to digital disruption opportunities in upstream industry (analytics, automation, well integrity, worker safety) is a plus - Familiarity with Data & AI and its impact on the Upstream industry is desirable - Proven track record of contributing to upstream consulting practice through creating PoVs, service offerings, and thought leadership initiatives About the Company: Accenture offers a challenging job in a professional and multinational environment with opportunities for skills development and experience enhancement.
