Profile: We are seeking a proactive and customer-centric Customer Service Executive to join the team at IndustrialVisits.in , Indias leading platform in education tourism. Since 2011, IndustrialVisits.in has been bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-world industry exposure through curated experiential learning programs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service , with experience in managing B2B client relationships or service roles in tourism or software sales. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer service roles Preferred industry experience: Tourism or B2B domains Graduate in any discipline (bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field is preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client expectations Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Roles & Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or chat Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery Provide information regarding products, services, bookings, or support processes Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and expectations are met Analyze recurring service issues and escalate to relevant departments when needed Contribute to the development of customer support processes and best practices

Outbound calling to colleges, industry contacts, potential clients to promote our educational industrial tour services Serve as the first point of contact for prospects, confident communication is essential. Follow up with warm leads. 100 calls/day.
