Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time on-site HMC (Horizontal Machining Center) Operator at an Industrial Valves Manufacturing Company located in Viralimalai. Your main responsibility will be to operate and maintain Horizontal Machining Center machines, ensuring proper machine setup, CNC Programming, and meeting production requirements. You will interpret technical drawings, select appropriate tools, calibrate equipment, perform quality checks, edit CNC Programs, and maintain safety standards. Additionally, you may need to troubleshoot machine errors and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain Horizontal Machining Center machines - Ensure proper machine setup and CNC Programming - Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications - Select appropriate tools and calibrate equipment - Perform quality checks on manufactured parts - Edit CNC Programs as required - Maintain safety standards in the manufacturing environment - Troubleshoot machine errors and collaborate with team members for efficient production workflows Qualifications Required: - ITI or Diploma qualification - Proficiency in operating and maintaining HMC machines, understanding machining processes, and experience with CNC programming - Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications - Skills in machine setup, calibration, and selection of appropriate tools - Knowledge and adherence to safety protocols in a manufacturing environment - Strong attention to detail and commitment to performing quality checks on parts - Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical or programming issues - Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous - Diploma or relevant technical certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field,
