Industrial Tailor

Location: Sonipat (Kundli/Rai Industrial Area), Haryana ​Job Summary (काम का विवरण) ​We are a leading manufacturer of mattresses, pillows, comforters, and bedsheets in Sonipat. We are looking for skilled and experienced Industrial Tailors (Karigars) to join our production team. You will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to stitch high-quality home furnishing products. ​हम सोनीपत में गद्दे, तकिये, रजाई और चादर बनाने वाली एक बड़ी कंपनी हैं। हमें अपनी प्रोडक्शन टीम के लिए अनुभवी सिलाई कारीगरों की ज़रूरत है। आपकी मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारी औद्योगिक सिलाई मशीनों को चलाना और उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले उत्पादों की सिलाई करना होगी। ​Key Responsibilities (मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां) ​Operate industrial sewing machines (such as Juki, flatlock, overlock machines). ​Stitch products according to samples and quality standards – including pillows, comforters, bedsheets, and mattress covers. ​Meet daily and weekly production targets. ​Check fabric and materials for any defects before stitching. ​Ensure all stitching is strong, clean, and has a good finish. ​Maintain your sewing machine (basic cleaning and oiling). ​Follow all factory safety rules. ​(हिन्दी में - मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां) ​औद्योगिक सिलाई मशीनें (जैसे जुकी, ओवरलॉक, फ्लैटलॉक) चलाना। ​सैंपल के अनुसार और अच्छी क्वालिटी में उत्पादों की सिलाई करना – जिसमें तकिये, रजाई, चादर और गद्दे के कवर शामिल हैं। ​दैनिक (daily) और साप्ताहिक (weekly) प्रोडक्शन टारगेट को पूरा करना। ​सिलने से पहले कपड़े या मटेरियल में किसी भी खराबी की जांच करना। ​यह पक्का करना कि सिलाई मजबूत, साफ और अच्छी फिनिशिंग वाली हो। ​अपनी सिलाई मशीन का रखरखाव करना (बुनियादी सफाई और तेल देना)। ​फैक्ट्री के सभी सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करना। ​Skills & Requirements (आवश्यक योग्यता) ​Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating industrial sewing machines is required. ​Skill: Must know how to stitch heavy fabrics, comforters, and zippers. ​Bonus: Experience in a home furnishing (pillows, comforters) factory is a big advantage. ​Attitude: Punctual, hardworking, and focused on quality. ​(हिन्दी में - आवश्यक योग्यता) ​अनुभव: औद्योगिक सिलाई मशीन चलाने का कम से कम 2-3 साल का अनुभव ज़रूरी है। ​हुनर: भारी कपड़े, रजाई और ज़िप (chain) सिलने का काम आना चाहिए। ​बोनस: यदि आपने पहले किसी तकिये, रजाई या चादर बनाने वाली फैक्ट्री में काम किया है, तो आपको प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी। ​व्यवहार: समय का पाबंद, मेहनती और काम में सफाई रखने वाला। ​Salary & Benefits (वेतन और सुविधाएं) ​Salary: Good monthly salary based on your skill and experience. ​Overtime (OT): Overtime pay will be provided for extra work. ​Work Environment: Clean and safe factory environment. ​(नोट: वेतन आपके इंटरव्यू और सिलाई टेस्ट के आधार पर तय किया जाएगा।)
