Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Estimation/Costing Engineer to join our team. As an Estimation/Costing Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, costing, and proposals for pre-engineered building projects. You will work closely with our design, engineering, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed estimates and cost breakdowns for pre-engineered building projects. Analyze project requirements, specifications, and drawings to estimate material quantities, labor costs, and other expenses. Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking. Collaborate with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure accurate estimates and cost-effective solutions. Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and assess potential risks. Prepare and submit proposals, tenders, and bids to clients. Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers and subcontractors. Monitor project costs and identify areas for cost optimization. Develop and maintain databases of costs, prices, and market trends. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engg / ITI Drafts manrelated field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in estimation, costing, and project management in the construction or engineering industry. Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., MS Excel, CostX, etc.) and other relevant tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
