Industrial Security Guard

Job Description

We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to protect our premises, assets, and personnel. The Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring premises, controlling access points, and enforcing regulations. Key Responsibilities: Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence. Monitor surveillance systems and respond to suspicious activities. Control access to buildings and restricted areas. Check and validate identification of employees, visitors, and contractors. Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances. Provide assistance to visitors and staff in a courteous and professional manner. Write detailed incident reports and daily activity logs. Cooperate with law enforcement and emergency responders if needed. Enforce company policies and safety procedures. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a security guard or relevant position is a plus. Valid security guard license (if required by local law). Excellent observational skills and attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations. Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for long periods. Working Conditions: May require shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
