What You Bring Master s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Labor Laws, IR or a related field. A relevant certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) & LLB is a plus. Minimum of 15 years of experience in industrial relations, labor relations, or human resources, preferably in a manufacturing or energy sector environment. Solid knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations, as well as standard processes in industrial relations. Handling at least Internal Unions. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrable track record to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
