We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Sales & Business Development Manager to lead strategic initiatives in sales, business development, and technical feasibility/design projects across India and Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, cooling technologies, energy audits, and industrial measurement, with a deep understanding of the regional market landscape. Key Responsibilities Drive business development and sales strategies across target markets in India and Southeast Asia. Engage in technical feasibility studies and design consultations for HVAC and cooling systems. Identify, develop, and manage client relationships within the industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. Conduct and oversee technical energy audits, propose system improvements, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and product management. Provide technical guidance on IoT integration, machine monitoring, and Building Management Systems (BMS). Monitor and analyze key data metrics to inform sales strategies and project outcomes. Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and client presentations. Key Skills & Competencies Strong sales acumen with a technical foundation in HVAC and cooling systems Expertise in industrial measurements and power system monitoring Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis Working knowledge of IoT, machine diagnostics, and BMS Ability to interpret and design HVAC and chiller systems Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to lead engagements across technical and non-technical stakeholders Fluency in English; proficiency in one or more Indian regional languages is a strong advantage Qualifications Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Thermal, Environmental, or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university Certification as a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) is highly preferred Familiarity with regional cooling industry ecosystems and regulatory environments in India and Southeast Asia
