Join one of India's leading industrial B2B media platforms! Industrial Automation Magazine is seeking a driven Sales Executive to help grow our advertising partnerships and magazine subscriber base. You’ll be at the forefront of conversations with top manufacturing and automation brands across India, converting qualified leads into impactful ad placements and long-term magazine subscribers. Key Responsibilities: Proactively follow up on leads for advertisement sales and subscriptions (inbound + outbound) Pitch magazine ad offerings (print + digital), media kits, and special issues to industry clients Build relationships with decision-makers from automation, manufacturing, and technology sectors Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring timely follow-ups and lead tracking Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to align ad solutions with client needs Assist in sales planning for industry events, special editions, and trade expos Meet and exceed monthly revenue and subscription targets Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, advertising sales, or media sales Strong communication and persuasion skills Prior experience working with industrial clients or media publications is a plus Comfortable with phone/video pitches and email follow-ups Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi/Marathi is a bonus Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Media, or related fields Familiarity with CRMs Exposure to trade shows, industrial events, or B2B publishing Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,097.44 - ₹32,616.14 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
