You will play a crucial part in maintaining a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care. Providing comfort and care to patients, establishing a compassionate environment, and offering emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, their friends, and families will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will document patient care services by accurately charting information in patient and department records. It is essential to protect patients and employees by strictly adhering to infection control policies, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.
