Strong understanding of property sales cycles and buyer behavior. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Monitor quality control at all stages of construction and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly site progress reports and submit to project management. Manage labor and subcontractor activities, resolving technical issues on-site promptly. Ensure availability of materials and equipment on site in coordination with procurement teams. Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to design, standards, and quality requirements. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Preferred candidate profile Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma holders with relevant experience can also apply). Experience: 710 years in site execution for residential/commercial real estate projects. Strong knowledge of civil engineering construction practices, quality standards, and safety protocols. Proficiency in interpreting drawings, BOQs, and project specifications. Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
