This new division is designed to bridge the critical talent gap of Japanese bilingual IT engineers a challenge that continues to impact the success of Japan-originated onsite and oshore IT projects. Through SakuraBridge Academy, we will hire fresh IT graduates directly onto our payroll, provide them with a 6-month intensive, stipend-supported training program focused on Japanese language, business etiquette, and IT-specic Japanese, and then deploy them on real-world client projects in Japan and India or integrate them into Indo-Sakuras ongoing development initiatives. This academy represents a strategic investment in talent transformation, ensuring a steady pipeline of Japan-ready IT professionals equipped with both technical expertise and cross-cultural communication skills. About the Role We are looking for passionate Japanese Na¢ve Trainers as well as Indian Na¢ve Japanese Language Trainers to join our team in Bangalore. The role involves teaching Japanese language and culture to learners at various levels, while crea¢ng an engaging and suppor¢ve classroom experience. Key Responsibili¢es Plan and deliver Japanese language lessons (beginner to advanced levels). Design learning materials, exercises, and interac¢ve ac¢vi¢es. Conduct assessments and provide construc¢ve feedback. Incorporate Japanese culture and real-life context into lessons. Personalize teaching methods based on learners needs. Qualica¢ons & Skills Japanese Na¢ve Trainer OR Indian Na¢ve Trainer with 23 years of teaching experience in Japanese. JLPT cer¢ca¢on (N2/N3 or above) preferred for Indian trainers. Strong communica¢on and classroom management skills. English communica¢on skills desirable but not mandatory. Enthusiasm for teaching and mo¢va¢ng learners.
