Company Description Indo- Russian Rifles Private Limited, founded in 2019, is a Joint Venture (JV) between India and Russia for the manufacture of AK-203 assault rifles for the Indian Armed Forces. Located in Korwa, Amethi District (Uttar Pradesh), the company aims to boost local MSMEs and support the Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative. This JV showcases the long-standing friendship between India and Russia and is dedicated to producing state-of-the-art assault rifles entirely within India, providing advanced firepower and fostering the development of small arms manufacturing. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Russian Technical Translator, located in Korwa, Amethi. The Technical Translator will be responsible for translating technical documents and manuals, performing interpreting tasks during meetings and conferences, and conducting localization testing to ensure accuracy and cultural appropriateness. The role also involves collaborating with technical teams to ensure clarity and consistency of translated materials. Qualifications Technical Translation and Translation skills Interpreting skills Localization Testing skills Writing skills Proficiency in both Russian and English languages Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy in translations Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field Experience in the defense or manufacturing industry is a plus
