The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to doctors, chemists, hospitals, distributors, and customers, promoting pharmaceutical products, generating leads, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients (doctors, pharmacies, distributors, hospitals) to promote and explain pharmaceutical products. Handle inbound inquiries regarding products, prices, availability, and orders. Generate leads, follow up on sales prospects, and maintain accurate call records. Coordinate with the field sales team for appointments and follow-ups. Maintain a detailed database of customer interactions in CRM software. Provide accurate product information and handle customer objections effectively. Collect feedback from clients and report insights to the marketing/sales team. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Graduate in any discipline (Science/Pharmacy preferred). Experience: 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector).
