Assistant / Deputy Manager Sales (B2B) Location - Hyderabad Reporting to - Executive Director/ National Sales Head Areas need to cover: AP and Telangana Company - A Leading French Company, a global expert in sanitary solutions with over 75 years of innovation and engineering excellence. Job Purpose: This role involves driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring that sales targets are met within the sanitary equipment sector. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales within the manufacturing industry, particularly with sanitary products, and the ability to lead a sales team to success. Job Role: Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and increase market share in the sanitary ware equipment sector. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients, Distributors, Contractors, Architects and Specifiers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Business Development: Identify new market opportunities and prospective clients, particularly within the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors for sanitary equipment. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor and analyse sales performance against targets, preparing detailed sales reports and forecasts for management. Collaboration: Work closely with the production, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment between sales objectives and product availability. Customer Feedback : Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product development to improve products based on market needs. Trade Shows/Exhibitions: Represent the company at industry-related trade shows and exhibitions to increase visibility and promote products. Education & Experience: Education B.Sc./ B.Com/ BBA or higher Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the Building materials industry, preferably in sanitary equipment or construction-related products.
