You will be involved in creating detailed lesson plans that include learning objectives, instructional materials, exercises, and assessments to ensure the smooth delivery of Python training. Additionally, you will provide technical support to participants by assisting them in resolving technical issues, troubleshooting code errors, and offering guidance on debugging techniques during the training sessions. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the progress and performance of participants through assessments, quizzes, coding exercises, or projects to measure their understanding and proficiency in Python programming. Furthermore, you will provide individualized guidance by offering personalized feedback, mentoring, and addressing specific questions, concerns, or areas for improvement to enhance the learning experience of the participants. Continuous improvement is a key aspect of this role, where you will solicit participant feedback, analyze training effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments to improve the training materials, delivery methods, or approaches for future sessions. This role requires a full-time commitment with a day shift schedule and offers a performance bonus. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and should be willing to reliably commute or relocate to Calicut, Kerala before starting work.
