Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop effective sales strategies. 2.Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships (builders, contractors, architects, dealers, and distributors). • Regularly meet with clients on-site (construction sites, offices, etc.) to understand their requirements 3.Sales & Revenue Growth: • Achieve sales targets by promoting construction materials such as cement, steel, tiles, paints, aggregates etc • Drive sales of construction materials to contractors, builders, architects, and government bodies. • Extensive market visits to identify the potential areas • Drive Up-selling & Cross-selling to acquired customers 4. Creating Technical Awareness • Convincing customers to register on our tech platform • Educate the benefits of using online platform for ordering 3.Product Knowledge & Technical Support: • Stay updated on product specifications, quality standards, and usage. • Offer technical guidance or coordinate with internal technical teams for client support. 4. CRM & Reporting: • Maintain customer data, interaction records, and sales progress using CRM tools. • Prepare regular reports on sales forecasts, pipeline status, and market feedback. 5.
