Job Summary: The Senior Executive will be responsible for handling indirect procurement for Plant, R&D, and F&D departments. This includes timely coordination, follow-ups with vendors, ensuring purchase timelines are met, maintaining compliance records such as AMC status of plant machinery, and handling QC rejections efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end indirect procurement for plant operations, including engineering items, consumables, and services.
2. Maintain a comprehensive AMC tracker and renewal schedule for all plant machinery and service contracts.
3. Act as a liaison between the plant, QA/QC, and vendors for managing QC rejections and closure of non-conformities.
4. Process flow in PO operations / Indirect purchases.
5. QC Report to Vendors and asks for replacements, Coordinate with Plant QC team as well as Vendors QC dept.
