Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Shimla for a Technical Team Lead. The Technical Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading a team, troubleshooting technical issues, software development, and project management. Day-to-day tasks will include guiding team members, ensuring project milestones are met, addressing any technical challenges, and coordinating with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals.
