Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Growth & Community Ops Intern. The intern will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations related to growth strategies, managing community engagement, conducting sales outreach, and supporting project management tasks. Additional responsibilities include analyzing data to drive strategic decisions and communicating effectively with team members and community participants. What You'll do Run daily ops across content, community, and light growth tasks. Help ship the IndiaStox Daily: gather sources, craft short summaries, and draft simple polls. Publish posts, keep a basic content calendar, and track what’s live. Support key user journeys: test flows, spot issues, update checklists. Coordinate programs like hackathons and campus clubs; move tasks to done. Pull quick weekly snapshots and share highlights and next steps. Qualifications Students who are pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree (any discipline) Clear written English and crisp, factual summaries Organized executor with strong follow-through Comfortable with Google Sheets and basic dashboards Curiosity about markets and willingness to learn tools fast What You'll Learn How modern fintech communities grow and engage. Lightweight growth systems, content operations, and “zero to one” product rhythms. Practical reporting and QA that actually helps teams ship. You’ll thrive here if you Sweat details, finish what you start, and communicate clearly. Write clean, neutral, fact-first copy. Are comfortable in Google Sheets and organized with docs and checklists. Have curiosity about markets and like fast feedback loops. Nice to have Basics in analytics or email tools, light SQL/Python, or simple design edits in Canva/Figma. Tools you’ll touch Google Workspace, Notion, Sheets, LinkedIn, Slack, and basic analytics dashboards.
