We are looking for a dedicated and result-driven 'Telecaller– Skill Development Projects Intern' to support the mobilization of candidates for government-funded skill development programs such as PMKVY, PMFME, and others. This is a calling-only position focused on outreach, awareness building, and enrollment support. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Making outbound calls to prospective candidates using the provided leads database. Sharing accurate and complete information about training programs, benefits, and eligibility criteria. Handling basic candidate queries and resolving doubts about the training and enrollment process. Following up with interested candidates for registration, document collection, and next steps. Maintaining daily call logs, lead status, and activity reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
