Role Description Position: Marketing Manager (Full-time) Location: Haridwar, Uttarakhand (with partial WFH flexibility) Work Mode & Requirements : This role offers hybrid/remote flexibility , with the following expectations based on your chosen mode: Hybrid (Haridwar Office + Remote): Minimum 2 days/week in office (for team collaboration, strategy sessions). Weekly progress meetings (virtual or in-person). Fully Remote (Approved Cases Only): Daily/async updates via Slack/email. 3+ structured check-ins/week (e.g., Mon/Wed/Fri syncs) to review campaigns, KPIs, and deliverables. Occasional travel to Haridwar for key meetings/planning sessions (quarterly/bi-annually). ⚙️ Core Requirements for All Modes: ✔ Reliable internet + responsiveness during core hours (10 AM–5 PM IST). ✔ Strict adherence to deadlines with proactive communication if adjustments are needed. ✔ Tool familiarity : Zoom, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), LinkedIn Analytics, and email automation platforms etc. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Strategic Marketing Leadership – Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to elevate IRP’s brand presence in the global automotive and industrial sectors. ✅ Digital & Social Media Management – Enhance IRP’s social media footprint (especially LinkedIn), ensuring consistent, high-impact content that engages industry stakeholders. ✅ Sales & Market Collaboration – Work closely with the sales team to align campaigns with business goals, leveraging market trends and competitor insights. ✅ Content Creation & Brand Storytelling – Craft compelling narratives around IRP’s sustainability efforts, innovations, and industry leadership (fluent English required). ✅ Lead Generation & Outreach – Develop and execute targeted cold email campaigns to potential buyers (OEMs, distributors, industrial clients), ensuring messaging aligns with IRP’s brand and value proposition. Collaborate with sales to nurture leads. Ideal Candidate: ✔ Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in automotive/manufacturing. ✔ Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and LinkedIn strategy. ✔ Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into action. ✔ Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills. ✔ Adaptable, accountable, and open to feedback—a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
